MGGA Refund & Return Policy
At MGGA, we’re building more than apparel.
We’re building a community around golf, culture, history, and belonging. We want you to love what you receive and wear it with pride. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
Because all MGGA products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind.
Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has not arrived within a reasonable delivery window, contact us and we’ll work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Because products are made specifically for each order, we do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after purchase.
While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun.
